Here’s why I recommend mastering your morning routine as an agent.

One common trait of successful agents is a strong, consistent morning routine. It’s one of the most important traits to have in this industry. 

In the real estate business, there are no “emergencies” that can’t wait a few hours to get corrected. Because of this, early mornings are a great time to set yourself up for a successful day. Your morning routine should be a sacred time. I try not to look at my phone or emails until around noon.

What does my morning schedule look like? Every day, I like to get out to the gym, read something, listen to something, and meditate. 

Controlling this schedule allows you to get your prospecting in. That’s one of the most important business-building activities. If you can get in the habit of doing that, good things will come to you. If you can control your schedule in the morning, you can win in this business.
