Here’s why you should be getting every client pre-qualified from the start.

Today I’m talking about the importance of getting your clients pre-qualified and pre-approved before you take them out looking for homes. Getting them qualified is a must to ensure nobody’s time is wasted. This is also a great way to show buyers what they need for their down payment, on a monthly basis, and for closing.

It’s also important to have relationships with great lenders who can help you out with this step. They’ll help get the point across about how we list homes. 

Even though all these third-party apps have access to the MLS, being able to send direct info from the MLS is an advantage that you have and should be showing your clients.
